Hello again, Mr. Delaney.

About one month I`ve been doing this exercises. Well, this is very helpful. I came back to sport now. Almost all pain is gone. But I still can`t do some things such as sleeping on damaged shoulder or doing exercises where is big pressure on shoulders.

But I want to thank you. You doing a great thing for people.

And one more question: if I had this impingement once, should I continue doing these exercises all the time just to make sure that it won`t happen again? Thanks

Hi Alexander,
Thanks for the comment. Obviously it is difficult to give you specific advice about your shoulder with out seeing you in person. In my experience these exercises have fixed a lot of shoulders. You could show these to your doctor and she if he thinks they are worth while for you to try.
Sincerely,
Dave Delaney

hello. i`m from russia. please forgive me for my bad english.

I have an impingement in the right shoulder. Doctor told me that it won`t hurt to do operation. But i`m very low on money. So question is: can my shoulder fully recover with this exercises but without surgery? Thanks
