Scapular Stabilization Exercises
Here is the second video. This one is about Scapular Stabilization exercises.
The reason it is the second video is that it is crucial to first gain good rotation range of motion first.
The Scapular, otherwise known as the Shoulder Blade is the foundation of the shoulder. For a shoulder to function properly you need your shoulder blade to be in the ideal position and move correctly. That can only be achieved by having good working shoulder blade muscles.
Unfortunately, due to our daily activities and poor posture, the muscles of the shoulder blade often become weak.
Please note: If you experience pain with these exercises please stop immediately.

I have an impingement in the right shoulder. Doctor told me that it won`t hurt to do operation. But i`m very low on money. So question is: can my shoulder fully recover with this exercises but without surgery? Thanks

I mean if I do all these exercises exactly how you told, will it be better and can I get back to sport?

Hi Alexander,
Thanks for the comment. Obviously it is difficult to give you specific advice with out seeing you in person. In my experience these exercises have fixed a lot of shoulders. Good luck with yours.

Hello again, Mr. Delaney.
About one month I`ve been doing this exercises. Well, this is very helpful. I came back to sport now. Almost all pain is gone. But I still can`t do some things such as sleeping on damaged shoulder or doing exercises where is big pressure on shoulders.
But I want to thank you. You doing a great thing for people.
And one more question: if I had this impingement once, should I continue doing these exercises all the time just to make sure that it won`t happen again? Thanks
